He has worked for 15 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. There, he distinguished himself with his leadership, intelligence and reliability and he has sat on a series of committees, including the Asian Management Committee, the Japan Executive Committee and the Global Control and Compliance Committee. Over time, he has become highly appreciated as a professional and he has established a good reputation, working as the co-head of several other groups.

Work at Fortress Investment Group

Peter Briger joined Fortress Investment Group in 2002 and he quickly rose to a prominent position within the company. He founded and now oversees the Fortress Credit business. The team of Fortress Credit business has 300 people on board now and it works with undervalued assets and illiquid credit investments.
